Total waste of time and money!First the technician took Total waste of time and money! First the technician took the vehicle for test drive, came back said he couldn't find any issues or noises. Service representative suggested that I go for a quick spin with the technician to point out the noise,I asked the technician to pay close attention and rolled down to windows,he did,then heard noises coming from the driver side wheel. Few minutes later,I received a repair estimate indicated that I needed to replace: Skid plate, front struts,brakes and rotors. So shocking to see how a technician using guessing game and make customers paid for unnecessary repairs. Took the vehicle to a simple local shop,I was told that I just needed a wheel bearing, got it done Now working properly! More
