I always buy things after doing research online so that I can avoid bargaining hassle at the spot. But my wife had some interest in Venza 2021 model and Walter Tse was kind enough to give us a nice demonstration and my wife became convinced that she wants the Venza. I did my calculation and proposed the price to Walter demanding a "Yes / No" decision. He understood my mentality and brought the store manager (I guess). The manager was quite nice (I should say he was warm, respectful and enthusiastic) and after a little warm argument, we came to a deal. I think I will favorably consider buying a second car from them since i felt good dealing with the Expressway Toyota while buying Venza 2021 and also will advise my friends to go there. I deeply thanks to the store manager/ Walter Tse and the lady at the end who actually educated us on the software base all-new Toyota convenience. Thank you guys and thanks Expressway Toyota. More

Despite our better judgement after reading the reviews, my partner and I decided to go to Express Way, support BIPOC run business. Our actual salesman, Josh Simms, was lovely! He made sure we knew and understood the features of the RAV4 we were looking at. Once we started looking at our options, how much we were planning on putting down, etc. our estimated payments weren’t exactly what we were looking for. Especially since it wasn’t including some of the other kinds that we wanted. Josh asked my partner to sign a piece of paper that essentially was us agreeing that that was the lowest the price was going to go, and he was going to take the money we were putting down off our debit car. When we didn’t, he brought over Vlad, who was great, calm, professional, and gave us a break down of everything. We still weren’t very happy and were prepared to leave, but Josh asked us to give him a second and he brough over another gentleman. Ron. Ron is the vilest human being I have ever interacted with. He yelled at us, disrespected us, and wouldn’t let my partner speak. I mean, it was like he was giving us a lecture and we were just two dumb women who didn’t know a thing. He told us that we obviously couldn’t afford the car we were looking at, that he’s 60 years old and that he knew it would be impossible to find the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, anywhere. After he yelled and disrespected us, we left. Obviously. Went to a different Toyota, were treated a xxxx of a lot better and got what we wanted and THENSOME for a better price. All in all, would never come here again, would never even think about giving them my business and would encourage others to do the same. More
