I went to there with my car starter broke (I know the reason because I already asked 3 experts checked it). service representative BABU was very RUDE. When I asked him if they have the starter in the inventory, he was saying “I’m not checking it for you” He then teased me saying that “you want me to put a new starter without checking the car first?” (I never said so) He was also dressing very unprofessionally, with slippers on. I asked to tow truck to put my car there and after 1 hour, my car is still in the parking lot. No body works on the car. It’s Saturday 10 am now. My appointment was 9 and I went there before 9 And when I asked to check and why my car is till in the parking lot, DEAR BABU just answered, I don’t know. Don’t ask me! I love that they didn't charge me a markup on my new vehicle, even though it's very high in demand right now (4 mo my process of buying my first car.
