Brought a car that I purchased in for maintenance. I was informed of an open recall on my battery. They checked the battery but left it in the car stating nothing is wrong with it. Mind you I own a 20 I was informed of an open recall on my battery. They checked the battery but left it in the car stating nothing is wrong with it. Mind you I own a 2017 and it is the original battery so I don't understand why they did not simply replace it since it is covered under warranty. Anyway, the next day I was driving on the highway and message on the dash displays saying my charging system malfunctioned. Then I lost power to my AWD, brakes, power steering, lane change alert and blind spot alert among other things. I managed to get to an exit but the car cut off before I could get pulled over. Since I was blocking traffic the state police came to direct cars around me. Then I got the car towed back to the dealership. Literally writing this as I wait for a call to tell me what is wrong in July 2022 with a car that was certified pre-owned in October 2021. More

Service: brought my Prius here, they have service packages which are the best value. Package #2 is the best one I think.
