This is the slowest working dealership shop I've ever been to. The people who work here act like the don't know which way is up. We're told an appointment is only made to secure a spot and it doesn't mean our car will be serviced at that time. Most people have other things to do and can't sit and wait 6 hours for a simple oil change or recall repair. The only nice thing about this location is the cooks at the Cafe are amazing. More
