We ordered a car one month ago. I asked if the 5% markup is negotiable and they (initial salesman) said yes, took my deposit. When my new main sales person called me they said it wasnt and I mustve misunderstood. By then it was too late because my deposit was non-refundable (I had another dealership that did not do the markup). Our car finally came in and we had to wait 3 hours before we could leave. The most Ive ever waited at a dealership (including buying 1 car and leasing 3). We didnt even finance! More
Communication for the month we waited for our car was poor. I reached out majority of time to see if there was any update. Other times I called main line if sales rep was out and no one seemed interested in helping, just said “no cars have come in” and didnt even ask my info. Our car finally came in and we had to wait 3 hours before we could leave. The most Ive ever waited at a dealership (including buying 1 car and leasing 3). We didnt even finance! Had to ask manager multiple times to find our sales rep Casey (he was working with 2 other families). When I got in car he said “you probably know more than me for this car.” Showed me a few things and was on my way. I wouldnt go back to this dealership. More
