I’m here in the waiting area while my car is going through the diagnostic process. So, I can’t comment on the outcome but I was really impressed by the staff and customer service so far. I was checking on the status of a recall but mentioned I needed to get my horn fixed in preparation for an upcoming safety inspection. The staff answered my recall questions and then also offered to set up my service appointment. There were lots of appointments options for the following day and I selected a morning time. Then, I had to change it when I realized I had a conflict with another morning appointment I had forgotten to put in my calendar. I left a voicemail message about the conflict and received a text message a short time later confirming the appointment change to the afternoon. The next day (today, date of service appt), I finished my early appointment more than two hours ahead of schedule so I stopped by the service center earlier than scheduled. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating, especially Elaine who greeted me right away and explained the process. The technician took my car right away and answered a question I had about the possibility of adding the safety inspection (after I realized they do them on-site). He told me I could add the inspection directed me back to the service counter, where I met Ben. He clearly explained the status of staffing and diagnostics to set expectations for when we would have more information and get a better idea of the timeline for completion of the horn work and safety inspection. I had some breakfast (cooked to order at the kiosk on-site) before setting up my computer in one of the desks by the showroom. There is strong WiFi connection and I’m doing my work while waiting for the results. Thank you to all the friendly and professional staff. More
