I waited over 3 hours for a tire change today (with an appointment) and was then told that they broke the sensor on the car while changing the tire. They did not have the part they broke in stock so was s appointment) and was then told that they broke the sensor on the car while changing the tire. They did not have the part they broke in stock so was sent home and told I would have to come back and wait again when the part comes in. No apology for breaking the vehicle and nothing compensated to make up for the trouble or lost time. Both poor mechanical work and poor customer service. After they fix the damage they've caused, I will be finding a better service department. More
