I’ve been here for over two hours for a scheduled oil change & inspection sticker. We bought a 2025 Toyota Sienna Platinum on Veterans Day, November 11, 2024. What a nightmare we’ve experienced with this dealership—it’s by far the WORST car dealership we’ve encountered, especially when it November 11, 2024. What a nightmare we’ve experienced with this dealership—it’s by far the WORST car dealership we’ve encountered, especially when it comes to their finance salespeople and their people from parts department. The finance guy relentlessly pushed us to buy an extended warranty, assuring us that we could cancel within 30 days for a full refund. At the time (about 4pm that day), I just wanted to get out of there and head home with our 4-year-old, who hadn’t eaten anything since we were called to the store around 11 am that day. Little did we know, getting a refund for the extended warranty would turn into an absolute ordeal! We submitted the signed cancellation forms on Nov. 21 and received confirmation that they had been received. However, after dozens of emails and many unanswered voicemails, we still couldn’t get the roughly $5,000 refund. We had no choice but to file complaints with BBB and the state Attorney General's office. More than two months later on Jan. 23rd, we finally received our refund. If this isn’t illegal, it’s certainly close. It is absolutely immoral and disgusting! Folks, please do NOT EVER EVER buy any extended warranties from this dealership! More
After I took my car in without an appointment, they let me know they’d do their best to get it done today but made no promises.
