The salesman was really nice and the final price of the car was very straightforward. Thumbs up there. (The details are too convoluted to get into in a review; suffice it to say I asked direct questions and was given direct answers which turned out to be very wrong.) So I had to spend the next week figuring that out and refinancing the loan with my bank instead of theirs. Overall, a decent experience--I like the car, and the price--but I would suggest that you stick with the financial plan you go in with and don't let them talk you into doing it the way they prefer. That department seemed more interested in getting the deal done quickly than getting it done in my best interest. (The manager called me after seeing my complaint and apologized. He seemed genuinely concerned, and said he would make sure the situation won't happen again to others.) More

I was interested in several cars and was pleasantly surprise to notice how knowledgeable Jeffrey was with the cars. He helped me decide what car would be the best fit for me in both size and economically . I chose the Subaru (Crosstrek) and love it.
