I want to give high marks for a recent service appointment. I had to order the part, and then made the appointment to have it installed. It was a part that had a lifetime warranty I was told, so I was happy with the honesty in which the matter was handled. The service appointment went very smoothly. The service advisor, Charlene Russo, went out of her way to ensure a swift installation and completion of the job. Charlene was fantastic! The other people I spoke to there were also very helpful when I noticed a small issue after the fact, and it was taken care of quickly, and without question! I've always had trouble trusting other dealers' service department, but your service area gets high marks from me. Charlene and the rest of the staff, from parts to installation, were top notch, and will be a big consideration when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle, and will easily recommend Tasca to others for that same reason Thank you!!!! The salesman was really nice and the final price of the car was very straightforward. Thumbs up there. The finance department, however, misled me as to the conditions of the loan with their partner bank. ( car was very straightforward. Thumbs up there. (The details are too convoluted to get into in a review; suffice it to say I asked direct questions and was given direct answers which turned out to be very wrong.) So I had to spend the next week figuring that out and refinancing the loan with my bank instead of theirs. Overall, a decent experience--I like the car, and the price--but I would suggest that you stick with the financial plan you go in with and don't let them talk you into doing it the way they prefer. That department seemed more interested in getting the deal done quickly than getting it done in my best interest. (The manager called me after seeing my complaint and apologized. He seemed genuinely concerned, and said he would make sure the situation won't happen again to others.) More
I'm super pleased with my Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid Plug-in! My salesperson, Sonangie Sequi was terrific! She took ample time to explain how the hybrid works, and reviewed all the new features. This was my first time leasing a car instead of purchasing. Jeffrey sat down with me and was very patient he took the time to answer all my questions without hesitation in a very professional and friendly manner. I was interested in several cars and was pleasantly surprise to notice how knowledgeable Jeffrey was with the cars. He helped me decide what car would be the best fit for me in both size and economically . I chose the Subaru (Crosstrek) and love it. I also want to thank Mike in the service department he did a phenomenal job in helping me out with a issue with my car he worked with me from start to finish to make sure I was satisfied. They have good used car prices lower and do not added hidden fees. Very happy with how they attend to the customer satisfaction. Also finance department was excellent. Smith Cairn Yonkers, NY. sold to Tasca. I have 2019 Crosstrek. On May 29 1st service appointment offered was June 19, and car needed to be towed there. Person who makes appo sold to Tasca. Sounds like new owner is beating them, not staffing properly. Can't get answer on questionable charges in 3 attempts- never a call back, never reached a service manager. . More

What was truly delightful was what was missing: the typical high pressure stress experience which would leave you winded and exhausted. Not here. Simple straight forward explanation of everything.
