Buying a car was not in the plan. .. However due to a car accident I found myself in the position of needing a car ASAP. I had tried another dealer. Unfortunately the car I tried to b .. I found one I was interested in at Tasca Kia. Christina got back to me right away to let me know that the car I was interested in was available and ready for a test drive. After test drive I was in love. Anthony also showed me a second vehicle I had inquired about. He never tried to pressure me or upsell. He seemed genuinely committed to selling me the vehicle that was right for me. There was a minor snag as the bumper had some damage. I was assured they would send it to the body shop first thing the next morning for repair. I had a painless and actually fun experience with Marcy completing the finance application. I was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity as she walked me through every step even helping me to update my insurance. The bumper repair took a few days as it was determined it needed a new bumper. I received updates from Anthony as well as Chris the manager. In the end I ended up with a brand new bumper and the car that I love. It should be known that this was my first time purchasing a car with a car loan. The team at Tasca Kia took such good care of me and I now have a vehicle I love and feel safe in. Although I was buying a used vehicle they treated me as if I was purchasing top of the line. I would recommend Tasca Kia in Johnston to anyone searching for a car.
