Something or someone was going to put me on the defensive side of the car deal. I was ready! Well to my SURPRISE, that was not the case here at Tasca Kia. I was treated like a friend not only by the salesman, Joe Rodriguez, but by the sales manager, Bruce Coppola. They put me at ease right away. Joe was friendly, efficient ,helpful,courteous"Professional". Everything taken care of. My anxiety level 0. Thank you Joe! When I shop for another car in the future you are the person I will contact. As for Bruce the sales manager!! You will not find a guy more out front and friendly. All sales managers should take a lesson from Bruce. He is not the guy who usually sits behind the desk with a scowl on his face waiting to cut you down. He was totally hands on. From my transaction to others in the showroom to the looks of the showroom itself. This guy is customer friendly and what a professional sales manager should be. Thanks Bruce! Bad experience We stopped in on a Sunday interested in buying a used vehicle. One of the vehicles we were interested in was not on the lot that day, so our salesman We stopped in on a Sunday interested in buying a used vehicle. One of the vehicles we were interested in was not on the lot that day, so our salesman (Alex) told us we could leave a refundable deposit to hold the car until we could come back in a few days to test drive it. He explicitly told us the deposit check would not be cashed if and until we decided to make a purchase, and if we decided not to make a purchase, the check would be returned to us or shredded. We felt good about working with them and were looking forward to returning to test drive the vehicle. However, they promptly cashed my check the next day. I noticed this on Tuesday and called right away feeling very deceived and upset that they now had our money for a vehicle that we hadn’t even seen in person yet. Alex apologized and said it was a miscommunication with his staff, and that he had in fact instructed them not to cash the check. Then I spoke to the manager, Bruce, who told me they don’t hold checks and the fact that i received a receipt means that the check would be cashed (despite our salesman’s very clear assurances that it would not be). I asked Bruce to issue the refund right away, and he assured me he would begin the process that day and it would take 5 days for a check to come in the mail. A week later (the following Wednesday) I hadn’t received it, so I called and was told the form was still on Bruce’s desk and the refund process had not even been started! He called me to apologize for the delay and said he would send the form in immediately, and then continued to try to sell me a vehicle. I’m generously giving two stars instead of one to give some benefit of doubt since this all took place around the Thanksgiving holiday when folks take time off, but it doesn’t change the fact that I’m still out the money that was never supposed to be deducted from my account in the first place. I also didn’t appreciate the repeated implication that I should’ve known the check would be cashed because I received a receipt (which I interpreted as simple documentation that we left the deposit check). I trusted what I was told by Alex, and I again trusted that the refund would be issued immediately, only to be let down again. We won’t be back. More

I went from a huge Suburban to a much smaller car, he knew I was nervous, so when we went on our test drive it was great, as he explained what the car had to offer and made me feel at ease. I would recommend anyone to go work with him. Bruce is the same manager and also come over and talk to me and he was so kind and has a huge heart! More

He helped answer some questions on the new Kia niro I saw on the Tasca website. We took a test drive and liked it a lot. I have been researching different SUV options with hybrid technology. Car drove nice and smooth. Then I met a manager Bruce who was very friendly from the get go and got talking on my car trade in worth just to get an idea as to what it's worth. I never once felt pushed to have to buy anything. I told them my needs and they helped me. I talked to Bruce over the phone that night 5-6 times as he ran numbers to get me the monthly budget I needed to feel comfortable moving forward to purchase the car. 2 days later I signed the papers for the car with an unbelievable rate. I cannot say enough how Joel and Bruce made me feel so comfortable during the whole process. I had questions about the niro behind a hybrid and I wanted to look under the hood. Joel answered what he could and got me all the info I needed for the car who a little more familiar with some things I was asking. It was a pleasure to do business here. More
