I just purchased a 2019 Kia Optima this weekend. The car is phenomenal. It is everything I had wanted in a vehicle and more. The car itself is in excellent condition and the interior options well surpassed is phenomenal. It is everything I had wanted in a vehicle and more. The car itself is in excellent condition and the interior options well surpassed my expectations. I worked with Carissa in order to trade in my current vehicle and work on a deal to lease this one. She did everything in her power to help find me the perfect car and the deal that was in my best interest. I highly recommend seeking out her help when purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. She made the entire experience extremely easy and quick. She made it clear to me that it was important to her to make sure I was fully content with my entire experience and I appreciate all she did for me. The entire staff that I worked with was extremely friendly and helpful. Maliaca In the finance department was also extremely thorough in explaining my options to me and her help was also much appreciated. More

In the End it was ok. During the purchasing process at this dealership the Used Sales Manager agreed to fix several body and paint issues. These items were agreed upon contingencies to the sale. It took many trips to the dealership to correct the issues but finally after getting at Tasca family member involved the management at Tasca Kia gave the car the attention they agreed to provide at the time of the sale. For the most part the GM was professional. The same can be said about the Newly hired, Used Sales Manager. The manager of the service department took on a confrontational posture in his emails. Some of the areas this dealership failed prior to getting it right after 4 visits Over spray on my tires Over spray on the plastic in the wheel well Missed one of the body issues all together Paint drips on areas they painted 4 visits to get it right only honoring the sale agreement when the customer had to contact upper management/owners Unfortunately, this experience will not allow me to consider Tasca for another purchase. Is this the culture of the company? after the action taken when upper management got involved, with charitable consideration one could infer that it is not. However, the Tasca Kia dealership has damaged the brand for me and anyone who will listen to me. Word of mouth is the only power the consumer seems to have these days. A business can thrive on good reviews and referrals. I can not give Tasco KIA either one of those. More
