They don't seem to know how to hold onto good people.. New faces each time we've been there. From the managers, sales people, to service advisors. It seems like the good one's either leave or get let go. Idk what's going on with that but I know one thing for sure. I don't have a lot of trust in a place that has high turnover. This last time it took even longer than last time (which was like 2hrs) to do a simple oil change and rotate tires.. To make things worse it sounded like there was a party going on at the service entrance.. Maybe that's why it took more than twice the time to do the work. No car wash.. No apology for the wait.. No bueno.. I think we'll be taking our business elsewhere. More

I felt like I was dealt with fairly and without any shenanigans from contact until I sat with Maliaca to finalize the finance paperwork. They even honored an internet price despite the fact that I didn't qualify for some of the discounts that made up that price. Overall extremely pleased with the dealership and the folks who work there. Would definitely recommend. More
