Chris was amazing to work with! He made the experience of leasing my car so easy. When we shopped around for cars I felt as though no one really knew the cars they were selling. I really truly appreciated the service I received. Chris is an absolute awesome sales person and because of his service I will go back. My car was totaled March 4th and this was an unexpected purchase which is an absolute awesome sales person and because of his service I will go back. My car was totaled March 4th and this was an unexpected purchase which he was very understanding to it all and he did not try to sell me a car outside my price range he worked with the numbers I had given to him. I have to say that all car sales people should learn from him. It was the first time ever that I felt completely comfortable in a car dealership and with my purchase. I really wish all car sales people carried themselves with their customers they way Chris carried himself with my whole situation. My experience with Tasca Kia was the best car shopping experience I have ever had and I will definitely go back the next time I need a vehicle which will be soon because my son turns 16 this year. I am requesting any help please. I’m desperate and stranded on another state 2 hours away from my house because my 2018 Kia Cadenza, bought brand new in 2019 and only has 16k miles will not start. stranded on another state 2 hours away from my house because my 2018 Kia Cadenza, bought brand new in 2019 and only has 16k miles will not start. I have been dealing with this issue since we purchased the car, anytime the weather is below 40 degrees the car does not start. We have brought it to the dealership numerous times and they change different parts and still no luck.. my car has been in and out of the dealership since Nov 2020 and they change one piece, we pick it up and then it doesn’t start when it gets cold.. the car gets tow back to the Tasca Kia dealership in Johnston RI and they have seen the issue , state they change something else and here we are again... it’s now March 2021 .. we finally got the vehicle back Thursday March 11th and the car started perfectly.. we drove to Connecticut , checked into the hotel and went back to grab lunch and the car doesn’t start.. it’s currently 33 degrees here .. and my car doesn’t work.. this is a new car!! New car and I’m in a different state with my 10year old and no vehicle... I called the dealership, spoke with the manager Dennis who made the situation worse.. we have been so patient, we have paid our monthly bill which is over 500 a month with no problem, we have towed the car there more than 8 times and never complained but he basically told us to find a way home, they would not give me a rental even if it’s just to get home and said to have the car tow to a dealership in Connecticut by calling the Roadside assistance.. and have a new dealership work on the issue .. this guy was a total jerk... he didn’t care that I’m 2 and a half hours away from my house . That my daughter is with me and then got so mad and hung up on me. we call back and now they are now closed!! How is this possible . Do I need to get a lawyer involved?? According to The dealership it’s not a common problem for the Cadenza but a issue with my Kia specifically.. how can the same issue occur over 2 years during the winter and no one figures this out.. ?? I’m desperate I need to get home and all I get is I’m sorry and no solutions .. I know one customer doesn’t mean anything to the Tasca Kia in Johnston because it’s not their family stranded but it’s my family and I’m desperate .. maybe if I call channel 10 news and expose the service I’m getting they may do something to get me home.. Kia probably doesn’t care about their customers but maybe they care about the possibility of losing money :( so sad that companies so big now don’t care about their customers anymore .. is it because we are Hispanic that the manager hung up on us ? I’m so angry for buying a Kia , angry at myself for paying so much money for a car that doesn’t work . It’s Sunday and my car is parked at the hotel because it doesn’t work, it doesn’t start and now I am trying to rent a car myself to get home because Kia is not taking responsibility for their car .. the dealership is awful and I’m absolutely shocked.
