I never received a receipt or an estimate of a future repair. I have to constantly keep calling of waiting for a response or answer. I would get the run around about things that needed to get done and th repair. I have to constantly keep calling of waiting for a response or answer. Either the technicians aren’t well trained or the service consultants don’t know what the technicians are recommending. Either way if they can’t charge you nothing they’ll find something to try and charge you for. My engine was well within the time for warranty especially during a recall. Charged me over 1400.00 for an engine flush/cleaning and still didn’t solve the engine issues. Then called it a at will repair. Not understanding what’s “ at will” when the engine was under warranty. Either way please support your local mechanics because people here just want to charge you an arm and a leg for an oil change . More

Ashley was incredible. He was literally running around making sure my car was being taken care of.
