It took the parts department almost 3 weeks to refund my wiper blades that you service advisor put on and they feel off on first use. I would never trust them at white plains Kia again. More

I brought my KIA in for a software update due to a recall plus had my 22,000 mile service. I was met by Rasool, the service advisor, within a minute and he took the car in immediately (I had an appointment). plus had my 22,000 mile service. I was met by Rasool, the service advisor, within a minute and he took the car in immediately (I had an appointment). All the work was completed within an hour with him updating me during the course of the service. Can't say enough good things about this dealership, the service department and especially Rasool.
