George Sarkis was the attendant who waited on me. George was helpful, courteous and congenial. We got a chance to talk in generalities about the Lincoln Town Car and we exchanged stories about the 1988 Town Car that he and I each had the opportunity to own "back in the day". George also took the time to walk me over to the Parts Department, because I was interested in ordering a part for another Lincoln that I own. When they finished servicing my car, George took the time to explain that the other things that they checked out while on the lift - brakes, alignment etc. were all in good shape overall. I feel that George was attentive to my needs on Saturday. More

Service technician Sean who kept me posted on as the repair progressed. Sean offered me a full explanation regarding the proper function of the defective part and how he was performing the repair. Within a reasonable period of time, my truck was repaired and I was on my way. I have always found the staff and service technicians at Tasca to be very professional and treated the customers well. I would highly recommend Tasca to anyone for service or repairs for their vehicles. More
Terrible service...very frustrated. I had an issue with my Fusion that would/should be covered under warranty. I was never given the opportunity to replicate the issue with the service m I had an issue with my Fusion that would/should be covered under warranty. I was never given the opportunity to replicate the issue with the service manager and without going into too much detail, I am overqualified to diagnose the issue I was having. I was treated disrespectfully and was told to go to another Ford dealer. No problem there, I'll never go back to Tasca in Seekonk. If Tasca in Seekonk were the last dealer on earth, I would rather walk. Too bad to, my wife and I were going to buy a Ford at Tasca because it is close to our house and I am a big Ford fan. Oh well, I guess we'll be buying it at Quirk. More
Terrible Service Center I brought my car in for an oil change and was told that my coolant was off colored and needed to be flushed. I brought my car in two weeks later after I brought my car in for an oil change and was told that my coolant was off colored and needed to be flushed. I brought my car in two weeks later after I got paid to have the coolant flushed and the tires rotated. When I checked to see if the work had been done I noticed the coolant was still the same color, way below the min line, and that the tires had not been rotated. They had my car for four hours and did not do the work. I had to bring my car back in to prove that the work wasn't done. On top of that the mechanic cracked my coolant reservoir. { Ken maybe you should work a few weekends instead of hiring kids to do no work :) } I paid cash and had given coupons. I had to have another service Center look over my car and they verified that the fluid was old. The tires I know were not rotated because one of them was plugged and not moved. I got completely ripped off and I am still waiting for my money. Don't pay for service that isn't being done & Definitely don't waste your weekend with this place. More

Lack of "Recommended product" Yet again, NOT satisfied! This time (2nd time and LAST dealing with Tasca) I went to the service dept for my "free oil change" that was given to my wh Yet again, NOT satisfied! This time (2nd time and LAST dealing with Tasca) I went to the service dept for my "free oil change" that was given to my when I bought my car. My vehicles owners manual calls for synthetic oil and the service tech said it was a "synthetic-blend" oil. When I asked the service advisor about it, he went to talk to the tech and said my vehicle doesn't "call for" synthetic. This after I researched about synthetic vs synthetic-blend on-line to find out that synthetic-blend is as about equal to conventional oil. When I got back in my car, I looked at the owners manual and found my car does call for the fully synthetic oil. I will NEVER give Tasca another PENNY of my money!!! More
