Recall Repair I made an appointment to have one repair made and was advised there was another that was for my vehicle. YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED!! I called tasca service in Seekonk to make an appt to get my sync fixed which hasn't worked right since I got this car and to take care of a recall and I called tasca service in Seekonk to make an appt to get my sync fixed which hasn't worked right since I got this car and to take care of a recall and get an oil change. It starts with a transfer to service. Nobody answers , goes to quick lane. Told the gentleman I'm looking for ford service. Transfers me , rings and rings. I hang up call again, girl transfers me to service rings again. Quick lane guy answers. Told him in looking for ford service, in an elevated tone I must admit. He says"pal" don't tell at me". "Pal"???!??? Anyway transfers me again to service, I get an answer , I told him trying to set an appt. he says hold, now phone call goes to a voicemail somewhere. ???? Then I call back and I asked the woman to speak to the service mgr. she says sure transfers me and of course voicemail. All this to set up an appt. I've had fords all my life, probably will going forward. Do you think they deserve to keep my business?? I don't think so. More

Upon checking my front brakes the service person, George Sarkis, informed me that the rotors would have to be replaced and not just resurfaced as they Upon checking my front brakes the service person, George Sarkis, informed me that the rotors would have to be replaced and not just resurfaced as they were worn down and the original ones that came with the car. He also informed me that I needed wheel alignment because my front tires were starting to wear unevenly and he could tell my tires were fairly new. Seeing as I had spent $616.09, and 3 hours, I did request a car wash which was done but had to be sent back because there was still bird poop on my front windshield. More
