I reached home and called Tasca service, explained the issue and was connected to Ken Anselmo. Ken immediately arranged for me to bring the car in the next morning. I did and with just a 45 minute wait the problem was diagnosed, a replacement part was installed and I was good to go. Exemplary attitude and service from Ken......and on a weekend! More

Oil change I was in and out in a short time . Also had my doors fixed, the were loose and rattled. Tires rotated. The man that handled it was great. Told me what I was in and out in a short time . SERVICE DEPT BROKE MY CAR I brought my car (2012 Fiesta) in first for a recommended 95,000 mile check (where they check all of the car). After the check (which cots $600.00) they said I needed to come back for shocks and clutch replacement under warranty. I had to call and be on hold for 30 minutes before they confirmed my car was done (Friday at 5:30 PM) but that they close at 6 and I had to pay over the phone and go pick up my car. I went to pick it up and the car wouldn't shift into drive. The next day they fixed that then the air conditioner wouldn't work despite working well before that. I brought the car back for the A/C. They fixed it but claimed it was a broken resister causing ice (the resister had been fixed the day before). The service guy also argued about how the car was working fine Friday and Saturday despite the fact that the other service guy had to have it pushed in to be fixed. I pick that up and then the car is shaking and making loud noises. I brought it to another mechanic and the wheel bearings were broken (despite Tasca fixing the shocks and doing a check) and there was a mystery clamp on the axle right where Tasca would have had to fix the transmission. So now I wasted $1200 with Tasca for them to break my car and have to pay for another mechanic to fix the damage they caused. Never use this service department. More
