We had bought a Rav 4 Toyota 2004 at Tasca's PreOwned Factory Dealership and we were waited on by John DiChristofero. We just found out Tasca has closed this dealership and got rid of John DiChristofero. Very sad. He was a good salesman and very accommodating. This is very disturbing. As far as Andy, he gave us the superb service he has always given us even when he was at Quick Lane in Cranston. More

Same day appointment! I recently called the Tasca Seekonk service department and explained to them that I was concerned about my F150 making a grinding noise and that I sus I recently called the Tasca Seekonk service department and explained to them that I was concerned about my F150 making a grinding noise and that I suspected it was brake related. Sensing my concern the woman I spoke to gave me a same day appointment. And I quote "how quickly can you get here" Would 12:15 PM work for you? I called at 11:40 AM. Not only did they get me in immediately but after 30 minutes the mechanic offered to take it for a test drive with me so I could point out the noise. That's service! From the person I spoke to during my call to George in service, and to the mechanic Mike. Excellent service! More

The location of one of the tacks in the sidewall me Two upholstery tacks were discovered in my front tire – a fairly new tire with 10,000 miles on it. The location of one of the tacks in the sidewall meant that the tire needed to be replaced and not simply patched. Tasca Quick Lane did not have a replacement tire in-house which meant that it would have to be picked up and installed the following day. The next day was filled with “must” obligations for me, so I asked if a courtesy driver could assist by driving me to work. The assistant manager, Charlie Vanasse, assured me that if a driver wasn’t available, then he would drive me himself. When I arrived to drop the car off in the morning, the paperwork was all in place, and Charlie immediately pulled a car around to give me a ride as promised. Excellent service that went above and beyond! It’s one of the reasons I always return to the dealer for service. More
