The Quick Lane service department did the change but were not sure if it would be covered under my service plan. so I await their reply. I was in and out in less than an hour and charged nothing. No one likes an added expense when your going in for an oil change and you find out you need brakes. However, when Paul has to come speak to you he is sincere and professional and has the whole process from time to cost already before he gives you the news! The service team keeps my SUV safe. When I showed him some potential coupons I had gotten on line, he thought current prices were better than the coupons, but offered to see if there was anything he could do to improve the price. My only suggestion--add some tables and extra outlets in your waiting area for those of us remote workers trying to get something done while getting the vehicle serviced! More
