I would rate this dealer a 0 star if I could and will tell you exactly why. I had brought my F150 in for months reporting a transmission issue, in and out of that shop dozens of times, to be told it was tell you exactly why. I had brought my F150 in for months reporting a transmission issue, in and out of that shop dozens of times, to be told it was everything but my transmission. I reported the noises and issues and got back, oh the noise is the loose heat shield, or an explanation of a noise completely opposite what I heard (I described a low grind when shifting and its harshness and would get reports on the high-pitched whine). I had grown so frustrated with the vehicle I went to sell it and for the millionth time the check engine light came on and went to a different Ford, and they told me that this issue is a known issue and there is a repair. If Tasca had their way, it seems they would have let the warranty expire because I was 5000 miles away from the warranty expiring, and it would have been a 10,000+ dollar repair. I can't believe how long they scammed me, and neither could the other dealership I went to. I am reporting them to the BBB and they are lucky I didn't go all the way with this because in MA you can sue for deceptive business practices for 3x what you lost and fees. If you feel like this dealership is giving you the run around, go for another opinion, they just may be. Or sue them and get paid, either way, they are the worse service department for being so evil like that. More
As far as I’m concerned, this is one of the best Ford dealerships I’ve been to for service. George is extremely professional. Miscommunication about the recall part. The part wasn't there on the first appointment, also waited 2 1/2 hours at dealership to find out they didnt have the part.Wrong part on the second The part wasn't there on the first appointment, also waited 2 1/2 hours at dealership to find out they didnt have the part.Wrong part on the second appointment.
