The previous visits to the Quick Lane in Seekonk I would rate 5 stars. This last visit on 10/12/2022 , I have to rate is fair., because I was told that my car was all set with getting "the Works" - oil cha rate 5 stars. This last visit on 10/12/2022 , I have to rate is fair., because I was told that my car was all set with getting "the Works" - oil change, tire rotation, balancing, multi-point inspection, etc. I also wanted my air filter and cabin filter changed. Well, I was told everything all set by Leo, I paid and was ready to drive away, when I saw Abdul (service technician) running out with an air filter replacement for my car. I stated to him, I was told that everything is all set by Leo. Abdul told me he doesn't know why, but, the air filter was for my car. So, in reality, I paid for the air filter and labor and almost drive off THINKING THAT IS WAS REPLACED. I did ask Abdul was the cabinet filter replaced because I already paid for it, he said yes. This shouldn't happen again. Maybe because they were so busy, BUT, if Abdul didn't run out with the air filter, I paid for this air filter and service and they didn't even do it. More

Gorge from service was great and was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. But it would of been nice if the vehicle was cleaned after service as a small thank you for your busi and took the time to answer all my questions. Absolutely disgusted with the service here. This goes back to when I purchased my car and now when I decide to give the same place a chance and I regret it. Dropped my car off and after almost two weeks, nothing was done. Calls were being disconnected and when I was connected, calls weren't returned. I never knew what was going on with my car. Communication was the absolute worst. Two weeks! I have a whole child & a job and didn't have a car. They didn't tell me the guy who was supposed to fix my car was going to be out for a whole week... like you don't have someone else ?! xxxxxxxx. And they didn't care at all. I'm just very upset with the service and I'll never recommend this place to anyone! Thank you for nothing. More

George & his team have been taking care of my 2013 F150 since it was brand new. 9 years later & 150,000 miles & it's still running great!
