Took my f150 in for basic service, oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter change. Amateur guy breaks my glove box while changing the filter, was going to hide what he did, if it hadn't been for me rotation, cabin air filter change. They then tell me that they will order me the part and call me when it comes in, still no part, been a few months, doubt it was ever ordered. My glove box still works it just opens quickly and if not guided with a hand while opening it will fall put. Point is, I took my truck in for service, they broke my truck, and tried to cover it up.
