I moved back from Florida and started getting my F150 xlt 2014 serviced at the Seekonk location. George, Paul, and Ken are fantastic! Shawn has been my mechanic several times. He’s excellent! Ken is like the “truck whisperer” he’s quick to diagnose the problem and always right. George averted a whole issue recently regarding the mechanism for the spare tire assembly. Paul just helped me with a transmission display issue. Because of these men and their customer service I decided to purchase a new vehicle at the same location. Nick Cash was excellent as well! So far each of the names I’ve mentioned have always exceeded my expectations. Lastly, I had the opportunity to speak with Jaimie Tasca recently and she was quick to resolve an issue for me. Absolutely the worst experience with this dealership! I brought my truck in for or a simple oil change and tire rotation. After three hours I had to bring it to my mechanic to be checked, the oil change I brought my truck in for or a simple oil change and tire rotation. After three hours I had to bring it to my mechanic to be checked, the oil change was done wrong and it cost me out of pocket over $550.00!! When I called and spoke to Ken he was nothing but rude and denied they did anything wrong. I then spoke to Errol, general manager. He said it was the inexperienced service technicians from the local schools. That's not my issue! I then had my mechanic call Errol to explain the damage they did and the cost to reimburse me. He reiterated they did nothing wrong. I then placed a call to Bob Tasca. Within the next hour I got a call that a check had been cut to me. If we did nothing wrong, why did Tasca send us a check? You know you screwed up when you hire inexperienced people and let them work on your expensive trucks and don't have someone supervise them! Bob Tasca needs to fire some people in his service department and teach them how to deal with the public! Never again will I purchase from Tasca again or go back there. Buyer beware! More
I drive a 2005 Taurus wagon, which I happen to like very much cuz I prefer wagons to SUV's. So I try to maintain this old beast. Tasca has always been exceptionally courteous, supportive, and fair.
