The first visit. The recall we had to pay for to get diagnosed even though I had brought it in years ago to get done. They argued with me and said it was my fault when they were supposed to call when the part came in and never did. So they said they were ordering the part and we were told it would be in by Saturday so we made an appointment for the Wednesday the following week. My father was the one taking the truck in for me and when he got their at 7;30am he was told the part had not come in yet. It was in transit . I called on the Thursday and spoke with the receptionist and she told me the part had not been ordered last week but it was ordered yesterday after my father was their. I went in to speak with the manager and stood their for 10 minutes before the General Manager Errol Gaudet came to me and asked to help me. How ever he did not say he was the G.M. I explained the situation he spoke with the service department. Mr. Gaudette came and spoke to me and I told him they were not telling the whole truth. So we went and talked with service together and the conversation got a little loud and Mr. Gaudette walked away and said nothing as I was talking to the service guy. The service guy told me to go talk to his manager he didn't need to deal with it. So I went back to Mr. Gaudette and told him what was said and that I would like to speak to a manager and that's when he said I am the General Manager. I was very upset and said we bought all our vehicles their and will no longer be doing that. He didn't seem to care. He never got up from his desk handed me a card and said if I had anymore problems call. He said he would work out some compensation for my father going in for nothing when they should have called to say the part was not in!!!!! The one thing he kept repeating is "we are very short staffed". that's not my problem someone should have called. What G.M. walks away when a customer is having an issue with the guy in the service department?!!!! What G.M. doesn't introduce himself as the G.M. when they ask you if you need help?!!!!! I hope something is done. NO we did not get any compensation as he said. More
