I bought my truck 3 days before bring it back for repairs. I drove from Newport to Seekonk back to the dealership. The truck needed the right directional and a clunking feeling in the steering wheel repairs. I drove from Newport to Seekonk back to the dealership. George the service manager says the right directional needs a light bulb and I would have to come back because they didn't have this simple bulb in stock. He also said they could not find the cause of the clunking feeling in the steering wheel. I took the truck to another repair shop and they replaced the bulb and determined the steering shaft needed to be replaced. I had asked the salesmen to repair these items before buying the truck and they never did. The finance guy told me he could only get me a auto loan for 8.5% interest with my 743 credit score. I went to another bank and got approved for 6.24% interest. Tony the sales manager ask me if they could match it. I questioned why they didn't give me there best rate when I originally applied for the loan with them. The salesmen were also trying to sell me the truck with bald front tires. I brought the truck back and they told me they would charge me at there cost to replace the tires, but I ended up paying retail for the new tires and for the second My Key that was missing. I am Very Disappointed. I will never buy another truck from this dealership or have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. They have lived up to old stereo type of being "Used Car Salesmen". More
