Worst dealership hands down. A water leakage in my car causing a mildew smell. Known ford issue since 2013. I was told a burst pipe but upon further self exploration it’s the same issue going on. Instead I was told let me transfer you to sales and they can help get you into another car. Seriously do you think I’d do business with you so I can have another crappy car and deal with the less than pleasant men in service who NEVER return voicemails. More
George was great i had taken car to Cranston location and they told me everything was fine that it was electrical but seekonk tasca had earlier appointment which i took and guess what it was the battery i wa they told me everything was fine that it was electrical but seekonk tasca had earlier appointment which i took and guess what it was the battery i wasted 3 weeks waiting for nothing guess Cranston doesn’t know how to test a battery. My truck couldn't start so I had it towed to Tasca Ford Seekonk on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Their parking lot was packed with service vehicles and I was concerned that they wouldn't get to my truck for a Seekonk on a rainy Sunday afternoon.
