We purchase a 2025 Explorer last week with very mixed results. First, Alex the salesman is a very pleasant young man who is eager to satisfy his customers needs and a pleasure to deal with. Robert, the Business Manager was great, found us a superior interest rate and the best in his field we have dealt with. The issue was Tony, the sales manager. He was condescending and tried to lecture me on how I should spend my money. I have purchased many cars over the years and the interaction with Tony was by far the worst I have ever experienced with a sales manager. We purchased the car despite Tony who turned a 5 star experience into 2 stars while I would give Alex and Robert 5 star reviews. More

Went in for service didn't go well. The service advisor I spoke with in person did everything he could to correct the issue. I had to leave the vehicle, but he offered to have it drop o The service advisor I spoke with in person did everything he could to correct the issue. I had to leave the vehicle, but he offered to have it drop off where I work, and they did. They also did not charge for the oil change that was done.
