I was looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle and possibly do a trade-in with the vehicle I had owned. I test drove a couple jeep wranglers and it just wasn’t what i was looking for. Andy (sales man) helped me out and reassured me that we could find something that I was going to love. I ended up test driving a 2019 Jeep grand Cherokee Upland edition and fell in love with the vehicle. All though I was coming all the way from Connecticut, and hit a couple bumps with the trade in, Robert (the finance manager) and Andy (sales man) both were very helpful with making sure I got the car I wanted. When it came down to financing my new vehicle, Robert was extremely helpful and was able to help me receive a very great deal on my very first car! He was very helpful with making sure that the vehicle was within my original budget. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend this dealership!! More
i am happy with the purchase and the way I was taken care of. it was easy to deal with Tasca. the only thing that I did not like is I was informed that the sun roof did not work but was not informed that it of. it was easy to deal with Tasca. the only thing that I did not like is I was informed that the sun roof did not work but was not informed that it blows open while driving. I was offered a higher interest rate, once I got to financing, than I had been offered at the sales desk. It was only when I showed a photo of the original offer that Tony acknowledged his “mistake.” financing, than I had been offered at the sales desk.
