Tasca Automotive Group was founded in 1943 by Bob Tasca, Sr. In 1953 Bob opened the original Tasca Ford in Bristol, Rhode Island. Just one year later this dealership was completely destroyed by Hurricane Carol. Bob relocated and ultimately opened up the new Tasca Ford at 777 Taunton Avenue in East Providence, Rhode Island. It was here that Bob and his team became the second largest Ford dealership in the world in the 1960's. This was also the birthplace of the Tasca Racing program and many historic muscle cars such as the Ford Cobra Jet, Tasca Street Boss, and Mystery race cars.
Bob opened Tasca Lincoln Mercury in Seekonk, Massachusetts in 1972. TLM became the highest volume Lincoln Mercury dealership in the world in 1986, and repeated again in 1987 and 1988 while also winning the Ford President's Award for outstanding customer satisfaction. This fulfilled Bob's dream of saying "None Bigger, None Better." It was also at the Seekonk store that Bob launched the innovative Pre-Trade program, pioneering the concept of short term trade cycles and leasing. He was also joined in the business by his three sons, thus fulfilling another of his dreams to build a successful family business.
70 years and three generations later the Tasca Family continues to grow. We have been blessed over the past seven decades with great customers and great employees. Went to tasca had a great experience with sales guy Randy Salgueiro very friendly my husband told me we will never deal with anyone els only Randy . I had a very pleasant visit to the dealership, Randy was very polite and knowledgeable. I was left alone to look and had his full attention when I needed it. I went to Tasca Ford Mazda in Seekonk, Mass. My husband and I were out looking to buy a car!!!! Someone told me tasca ford !!!! I had a salesman named Randy Salgueiro try them !!!! Had no car in mind we just wanted something nice !!! So we went Someone told me tasca ford !!!! I had a salesman named Randy Salgueiro try them !!!! Had no car in mind we just wanted something nice !!! So we went there and asked for Randy !!! He was so friendly polite easy to talk to .... We explained what we wanted to spend !!!! He said no problem he got us what we were looking for .... Best experience ever..... Every car sales man should be like that .... Our son and daughter will be looking for a car and they will only see Randy . He also takes the time to spend with you step by step just a great guy all the way around. More

I went to Tasca Ford looking for a used truck to use within my construction company. I am very particular and ask a lot of questions... my sales guy Jeff answered all my questions thoroughly and patient within my construction company. I am very particular and ask a lot of questions... my sales guy Jeff answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently with knowledge. I explained that was just looking and was price comparing, but received his complete attention. Prices were comparable and staff friendly. Will definitely be back. More

When I made my purchase, James said they he would hold my down payment check till I got a large check in. Not only did they not hold it, they ran to the bank to cash it as it hit my bank the very next day- o down payment check till I got a large check in. Not only did they not hold it, they ran to the bank to cash it as it hit my bank the very next day- overdrawing my account. although they did cover overdraft charges, they did NOT cover my overdrawn account balance and to date, my account is OVERDRAWN by $1191.00 and still incurring overdraft charges. Not only that but I'm even being told that "that was not said", meaning holding my check, however I had a witness with me in Ben's office when James came in and said it. They also never went over my car with me when I took delivery of it. not only would I NOT recommend this dealer, I will NEVER deal with them again. More
