Lack of "Recommended product" Yet again, NOT satisfied! This time (2nd time and LAST dealing with Tasca) I went to the service dept for my "free oil change" that was given to my wh Yet again, NOT satisfied! This time (2nd time and LAST dealing with Tasca) I went to the service dept for my "free oil change" that was given to my when I bought my car. My vehicles owners manual calls for synthetic oil and the service tech said it was a "synthetic-blend" oil. When I asked the service advisor about it, he went to talk to the tech and said my vehicle doesn't "call for" synthetic. This after I researched about synthetic vs synthetic-blend on-line to find out that synthetic-blend is as about equal to conventional oil. When I got back in my car, I looked at the owners manual and found my car does call for the fully synthetic oil. I will NEVER give Tasca another PENNY of my money!!! More

Then James Teague, the sales manager looked at my trade, gave me a great trade in value and we worked the deal. They were a pleasure to work with and very professional. I felt like part of the Tasca Family. The whole purchase process was simple and easy and I never felt pressured to buy anything extra. This is my second purchase from a tasca dealership and I dont want to shop anywhere else. More

Well, all I can say is THANK YOU to Robert DePetrillo (sales consultant), Ben Fasano (finance manager), and Mike (sales manager) that worked with me yesterday. I traded my 2012 Honda Pilot Touring, an (sales consultant), Ben Fasano (finance manager), and Mike (sales manager) that worked with me yesterday. I traded my 2012 Honda Pilot Touring, and got my new 2014 Ford Explorer - Sport edition. They are the only dealer who has the Ruby Red color, and were true to their word. They are not like other dealers who will tell you this and that, but the truth is, they don't even have any unit that you are looking for. I told them what my budget is, and they worked very hard to accomodate it. And at the end of the day, they HELPED ME BIG TIME. My goal was to have a lower monthly payment compared to my honda pilot. And now, I have a $90/month savings with a newer, better, more features, more powerful 2014 Ford Explorer! It's a win-win for me! I am a happy customer! Thank you guys! -Antonio Grajo Jr. More

Very friendly, laid back, and not pushy at all with the sale of the car, although a little extra pressure was used to sell warranties and tire insurance.
