Well you're not going to get that here, this was the single best car buying experience of my life ! I originally was not in the market to buy a car, i did not wake up that day and think I was going to buy one. I was actually helping a family member browse various models. Rich Quatrucci met us on the lot and was personable, friendly, and honest with us ; and most important, I felt he was genuine and trustworthy which I really appreciated. Rich was super patient and accomodating to us, as both of us had different tastes in vehicles and different "must haves", peppering him with questions about different makes and models between two different lots. Before long I was looking seriously at cars as well, and after browsing a few I hit on a 2014 Ford Fusion SE that I fell in love with (the showroom model). Rich set us up with a test drive, and answered all my, my son's and his mom's questions (and btw, if you think you can't bring your kid while you car shop, think again - my son is seven, and i swear, by the end of the day he and Rich were new BFF's. Great with kids, which was a huge help to us while we made decisions!!). When it came time to talk price, we went through a couple rounds of negotiations - which were the friendliest, easiest, and most pleasant haggling sessions i've ever experienced buying a car. I never felt pressured, even when i dug my heels in a bit on the price. We found a good common ground after only 10 minutes and three rounds of negotiations with Rich, and before i knew it, i was buying a car right then and there. Ben, the Finance Manager and Elian the sales manager were both friendly, knowledgeable and honest - Ben helped me get another feature i was interested in post-sale while still maintaining my target price "zone", and Elian was a consummate facilitator of whatever we needed - cars to see, pricing concessions, coordinating the trade in transfer, etc. I really can't say enough good things about this dealership. I"m not a review writer by nature, but these guys deserve every last ounce of praise i'm giving them. This experience was not like any other car purchase experience i've ever had - it was fun, friendly, and really laid back. I was really impressed in particular with Rich - he did a great job. And we'll be back to give Rich a chance to sell us another vehicle for the other soon-to-be-purchaser gets ready to buy her car. Kudos, guys, you did great work, and i'm THRILLED with my new ride.
