George Sarkis was the attendant who waited on me. George was helpful, courteous and congenial. We got a chance to talk in generalities about the Lincoln Town Car and we exchanged stories about the 1988 Town Car that he and I each had the opportunity to own "back in the day". George also took the time to walk me over to the Parts Department, because I was interested in ordering a part for another Lincoln that I own. When they finished servicing my car, George took the time to explain that the other things that they checked out while on the lift - brakes, alignment etc. were all in good shape overall. I feel that George was attentive to my needs on Saturday. More
Not a trustworthy dealership I recently purchased a 2012 camry from the tasca dealership in seekonk. In the negotiation process I was told they would fix a minor dent in the front I recently purchased a 2012 camry from the tasca dealership in seekonk. In the negotiation process I was told they would fix a minor dent in the front of the car, and clean a headliner that had some light make up on it, as well as make me some keys because the only key they could locate was the valet key. I was told the key guy wasn't in on the weekends and they would set up an appointment to get the dent removed and let me know when i picked up my plates and returned the dealer plates. When i arrived to pick up my plates my sales person ben informed me that the "key guy" was on vacation and he would call me monday to set up an appointment tuesday my day off to get everything all done in one day. I informed him that with only the valet key i had to walk to the front of the car and and manually open the front door and then press the unlock button which is a very big pain because i have a small child in a baby carrier which can get a bit heavy a times. No phone call monday, tuesday, or wednesday called him and texted him no answer. Then called the manager Amilian he redirected me to call ben again for those appointments because he wasn't at the dealership so much for above and beyond and a family dealership not what i expected from a tasca owned dealership. More

I was looking for a pre owned mid size pickup and every time one went on the market it was gone. I happened to find one and Katie was able to set up an appointment the same day. Upon arrival I was greeted by Jacob C. who showed me the vehicle I was interested in. I was nervous at first because I haven't purchased a vehicle in quite some time and was unfamiliar with the process. Jacob put my mind at ease and addressed all of my concerns. He has great customer service skills as well as Anthony in the finance department. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to do business with Tasca. More

Front wheel hub replacement Ford F150 I first met with the service manger Paul Mendence who was very informative and assured me that my truck's problem would be properly repaired. Service technician Sean who kept me posted on as the repair progressed. Sean offered me a full explanation regarding the proper function of the defective part and how he was performing the repair. Within a reasonable period of time, my truck was repaired and I was on my way. I have always found the staff and service technicians at Tasca to be very professional and treated the customers well. I would highly recommend Tasca to anyone for service or repairs for their vehicles. More

He was practically sprinting to make things happen for me due to my restricted work schedule. Paul likes to get to know his customer personally which makes the process seem much less "Business Like." Terrible service...very frustrated. I had an issue with my Fusion that would/should be covered under warranty. I was never given the opportunity to replicate the issue with the service manager and without going into too much detail, I am overqualified to diagnose the issue I was having. I was treated disrespectfully and was told to go to another Ford dealer. No problem there, I'll never go back to Tasca in Seekonk. If Tasca in Seekonk were the last dealer on earth, I would rather walk. Too bad to, my wife and I were going to buy a Ford at Tasca because it is close to our house and I am a big Ford fan. Oh well, I guess we'll be buying it at Quirk. More
