OIl change & rattle When I asked the service person if they could check for a rattle after the oil change and tire rotation he informed me that the mechanic had found it When I asked the service person if they could check for a rattle after the oil change and tire rotation he informed me that the mechanic had found it without having to test drive it. He told me the front sway bar was ready to fall off. He offered to have it replaced and had the price of the item with him. I had it replaced and my car now drives like the day I bought it almost 10 years ago. I have never been steered wrong at Tasca in the 10 years I have been bringing my car there. I have never brought it anywhere else for oil changes or repairs. I trust Tasca and their service department. They have always treated me with respect and honesty. More

Make sure your new car isn't dented!!!!!!! Tasca sold me a brand new Ford Escape and after doing all the paperwork and going out to the car it was on empty. We were told we were all set and left with the car. The car kept making beeping noises and because the salesman didn't go through the car with me I figured I would go through the manual and you tub to learn how the car works. After an extreamly long time learning about all the features of the car. I decided to looke to see if the sensor were working properly when I went to the front of the car I noticed damage to the front. I addressed the issue with Ellian the manager and he said you must have gotten in an accident or hit something problem with that is the car has under 50 miles and it's been parked in garages, front in. Tasca basically told me to go to ----. This is the third time I have had issues with Tasca and they don't care. When I said I may have to seek leagal advise they said go ahead we don't care. All I am asking is that they fix the damaged car they delivered to me. I am not asking to replace it. Ellian tried to say that the pictures of the car when they got it had no damage well how about the time between me deciding on the car and after they faded it. The Management at this Tasca Ford Dealer in Seekonk Massachusetts is horrible. It the Tasca way blame it on the buyer. More
