We were warmly greeted in the parking lot and inside the showroom. The dealership was busy this Sunday, but we were promptly taken care of at different intervals by different sales folks - which was not an issue. We knew what we were looking for and there was no extraneous 'game playing' - just straight information and honesty. They were quick to diagnose problem–several supports had to be replaced. Problem has been fixed, and car rides very smoothly once again. Mike, our service rep, was friendly and very attentive to our concerns. Last, I wanted to mention that I was somewhat concerned when I realized that I had left a pair of expensive sunglasses in the car when we left it for repairs. No cause for worry. The glasses were there when we picked up the car. This is an excellent shop with first-rate, honest employees. We've been clients for years and will continue to come here. More

Basic maintenance George quoted me 1 hour for an oil change and tire rotation. The work was complete in under 1 hour.
