I sent the certificate to Tasca in Cranston where the car was located. Eileen Aquilante immediately contacted me and told me to get in touch with Talya Folco for a test drive. 2nd Tayla (upon my request) sent the car to the Seekonk location ---closer to my home. 3rd Jeff Barske went over the details of the car, talked about the dealership and service dept. and we took the car for a test drive. He was very pleasant, answered all my questions and printed out the TrueCar info for my records. We filled out the necessary paperwork and then he introduced me to Anthony Castergini. 4th Anthony was very helpful with the financing. He went over the options with the extended warrantees, etc. It was 9:30pm by the time we finished. At that point I agreed to the extended warrantees. I had plans to pick-up the car the following morning. Over night I decided (being on a tight budget) that I really could not afford the extended warrantees at this time. Also I had received an email from Tayla saying the price of the car had dropped $200. So when I went to pick up the car the following morning I told Anthony of my decision and asked about the additional discount of $200. Even though he repeated the info about the warrantees I really could not add the additional $$$ to my budget. He was still very pleasant and rewrote the sale with the additional discount. Everyone in the process was EXTREMELY helpful, pleasant, patient and they answered all my questions. I am 100% satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend this dealership and these people to anyone who is looking for a new/used vehicle. More

From the initial inspection of the mirror to the work to see if a replacement mirror was covered under my warranty, it wasn't, the crew got my part in and car fixed quickly. I will be going here for service for the life my my vehicle and when it needs to be replaced, I'll use only Tasca. More
