I reached home and called Tasca service, explained the issue and was connected to Ken Anselmo. Ken immediately arranged for me to bring the car in the next morning. I did and with just a 45 minute wait the problem was diagnosed, a replacement part was installed and I was good to go. Exemplary attitude and service from Ken......and on a weekend! More

Oil change I was in and out in a short time . Also had my doors fixed, the were loose and rattled. Tires rotated. The man that handled it was great. Told me what I was in and out in a short time . Best experience Vinny was outstanding. I couldn't have asked to have a better sales representative. He took the time to work with me with deciding which route to take Vinny was outstanding. We had taken every possibale route to figure out which option was going to be the best for me and my budget. From start to finish, to vinny, the sales manager, and then the paper work part of things, honestly, I couldn't have had a smoother experience and a amazing group of coworkers I was dealing with. I had a really bad experience with the last dealership I worked with and I honestly was so scared to ever buy a car again. They took their time, worked with my anxiety and made my car shopping experience so much better this time, so thank you! I'm so happy I grew the courage to trust again!!!
