Poor communication We have been waiting three weeks for our car. We were initially told it would not take more than a week for registration. No one calls to give update We have been waiting three weeks for our car. We were initially told it would not take more than a week for registration. No one calls to give updates , every time we call the dealership we are left on hold or given to voicemail . When we went up to find out what was going on we were promised the next business day .. it still was not ready and no one called to tell us what was going on . Poor communication with customers! Will never return had a better experience at the Tasca in Cranston. More

worst experance in my life lied to cheated out of a car i signed contact on 4 weeks prior to ntoday,bank santander funded and finaced my car i gave them 6500 cash 4 weeks ago th lied to cheated out of a car i signed contact on 4 weeks prior to ntoday,bank santander funded and finaced my car i gave them 6500 cash 4 weeks ago they claim they fired people over this deal,total bs lying dealer ship,mike k gm is the worst fake lying sales manger i have ever in my life dealt with inside source says they lyed to me and tryed to tak on a 4000 bank fee that made the deal a total lye but yet they kept my money for 4 weeks and strung me along with nothing but lies,and scams i tryed to reach out to mangers,the owners, the complaint department and not 1 return phone call, i have since talked to the bank santander about what they are doing and how they lyed to me bank agreed and now i am taking my story to chanel 12 news,dealer commisoner,and bbb they left me carless for 4 weeks held my 6500 cash i gave them and mike k said and i quote i didnt like the way you talked to me so i canceld your deal,well we shall see i will be satisfied and i will not let this rest until i have spoke to every news chanel,state offices,dealer commisoner,atthorny genral and more ,i am out car insurance money i had takin out of my bank account and more well all i can say is i will be satisfied at the end of this that i promise so bewear of tasca they are out to screw you More

We had bought a Rav 4 Toyota 2004 at Tasca's PreOwned Facto We were taken care of by Andy the Quick Lane Service Manager at Tasca in East Providence. We had bought a Rav 4 Toyota 2004 at Tasca's PreOwned Factory Dealership and we were waited on by John DiChristofero. We just found out Tasca has closed this dealership and got rid of John DiChristofero. Very sad. He was a good salesman and very accommodating. This is very disturbing. As far as Andy, he gave us the superb service he has always given us even when he was at Quick Lane in Cranston. More

Car repair I left my car on Thursday, March 1st, with a "hard to figure what's wrong problem", knowing that Paul and the mechanics were going to have a challenge I left my car on Thursday, March 1st, with a "hard to figure what's wrong problem", knowing that Paul and the mechanics were going to have a challenge.
