poor customer service! i bought a used 2015 Tahoe, gary conners told me how it went through a 150 something point safety check, so I drove it and bought it. and upon takin i bought a used 2015 Tahoe, gary conners told me how it went through a 150 something point safety check, so I drove it and bought it. and upon taking delivery of it, there wasn't a 2nd key fob, so gary said we will get you a new one I was told, the oil wasn't changed and the rear license plate light was out and two scratches that could be buffed out and were not! well he said bring it in on Monday and we will take care of everything!! I promise!! Monday came I got a ride from a coworker and gary said he had good news and bad news. well the key guy never made it in that day so you will have to come back! but everything else was don!!. this time the oil was changed. but the license plate light was still out and the two scratches were not touched! being frustrated I will just fix it myself. xxxx I only paid $41,500..no big deal to them. they got the deal done. SO WHO'S NEXT ?? More

“You will be satisfied”???? Not us Bought a used Jeep Cherokee and was told they “went through the whole truck and fixed whatever needed fixing”. We felt a little better about buying it Bought a used Jeep Cherokee and was told they “went through the whole truck and fixed whatever needed fixing”. We felt a little better about buying it. Well then approx 40 days after purchase the Jeep stalled while driving approx three times in a week. So we contacted the salesman thinking he would want to remedy the situation since he sold us the vehicle. The response was “here is the number for service” ok. We call service and explain the severity of the situation we get an appt about 3-4 days later. At this point we are starting to feel unsatisfied with the whole situation as we would think there would be more concern about a vehicle they just sold having such a dangerous issue. So we drop the Jeep off at service and later that day get a call from service saying “we can’t reproduce the problem and we cannot fix something we cannot reproduce”. We responded with “we are not picking it up until we have an answer”. So we agreed they would drive it the rest of the week to see if they can reproduce the issue and will check back with us in 2-3 days. Well needless to say we never heard back from anyone and we had to contact them a week later. The response again was they could not reproduce the issue and cannot fix it. So I asked the salesman what now? He then told us to pick it up and drive it. Sounds dangerous to drive a truck we know may stall at anytime while driving! So i asked him “and when it happens again? “ he told me to call them again. Why? So we can go through this all over again? He then compared the situation to a medical condition. We were so frustrated with this dealership at this point we told them the situation was unacceptable and to leave the keys in the Jeep and we will pick it up later. We had the truck towed that night to our friend who is a mechanic. He had the truck less than 5 hours and told us when he put it on the computer it came up with multiple error codes. He then fixed whatever was causing the codes and we picked it up. What I do not understand is why Tasca seekonk could not diagnose these issues after having the truck for a week? Did they even try to diagnose the truck? We are so appalled by the handling of our situation by this dealership we will NEVER buy from them again and we will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More
