“You will be satisfied”???? Not us Bought a used Jeep Cherokee and was told they “went through the whole truck and fixed whatever needed fixing”. We felt a little better about buying it Bought a used Jeep Cherokee and was told they “went through the whole truck and fixed whatever needed fixing”. We felt a little better about buying it. Well then approx 40 days after purchase the Jeep stalled while driving approx three times in a week. So we contacted the salesman thinking he would want to remedy the situation since he sold us the vehicle. The response was “here is the number for service” ok. We call service and explain the severity of the situation we get an appt about 3-4 days later. At this point we are starting to feel unsatisfied with the whole situation as we would think there would be more concern about a vehicle they just sold having such a dangerous issue. So we drop the Jeep off at service and later that day get a call from service saying “we can’t reproduce the problem and we cannot fix something we cannot reproduce”. We responded with “we are not picking it up until we have an answer”. So we agreed they would drive it the rest of the week to see if they can reproduce the issue and will check back with us in 2-3 days. Well needless to say we never heard back from anyone and we had to contact them a week later. The response again was they could not reproduce the issue and cannot fix it. So I asked the salesman what now? He then told us to pick it up and drive it. Sounds dangerous to drive a truck we know may stall at anytime while driving! So i asked him “and when it happens again? “ he told me to call them again. Why? So we can go through this all over again? He then compared the situation to a medical condition. We were so frustrated with this dealership at this point we told them the situation was unacceptable and to leave the keys in the Jeep and we will pick it up later. We had the truck towed that night to our friend who is a mechanic. He had the truck less than 5 hours and told us when he put it on the computer it came up with multiple error codes. He then fixed whatever was causing the codes and we picked it up. What I do not understand is why Tasca seekonk could not diagnose these issues after having the truck for a week? Did they even try to diagnose the truck? We are so appalled by the handling of our situation by this dealership we will NEVER buy from them again and we will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Trustworthy and High Quality I highly recommend Tasca for buying a reliable used car! I bought a Subaru Forester 2015 model and was assisted by Louis Arias, who was an incredible and knowledgeable employee. He knew so much about the car, but also the services that Tasca provides. He was not pushy in any way and his manner was very respectful and friendly. In fact, working with him was the highlight of visiting Tasca. I felt that he respected our budget and needs and went out of his way to accommodate us. I pointed out that the car still had a few dog hairs in it from a previous owner and the light-colored backseat had a dark stain on one of the seats - he made sure that the people at Tasca gave it a second cleaning inside and the results were almost as new! Louis is the best!! Tasca also beat the interest rates offered by my bank, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I have had this car almost 8 months and the condition of it was as promised, no hidden defects or mechanical issues whatsoever. I would not hesitate to buy another used car from Tasca. More
