Ken, Paul and George , they are the three wise men, they are knowledgeable in their work. Each in every time I deal with anyone of those gentlemen, I'm treated with professionalism & honesty. Stood by their warranty and went above and beyond !! From sales to service to finance, the experience was a very good one. After my daughter bought the used vehicle some mechanical items came up that nee From sales to service to finance, the experience was a very good one. After my daughter bought the used vehicle some mechanical items came up that needed attention. I notified Steve Elias who sold the vehicle to us and he told me to call Ford service and make an appointment which I did. I talked to Paul Mendence who is a service advisor and explained the issues of concern with the vehicle. He had his tech John diagnose the problems and ordered ALL needed parts including a new set of tires which I never expected. Johns trouble shooting was spot on! We brought the vehicle back today for installation of new parts and ALL issues are fixed. The ride home was smooth. This was my daughters FIRST CAR buying experience and she is very happy. We will be buying more vehicles in the near future from TASCA. We are very satisfied. Thank you to all involved with this Sale, Financing and Warranty service. My only complaint is that you are about 90 miles away from us. Well worth the trip. Mike C. More

Service is always excellent I do like the service your Quick Lane has provided for both my cars over the years. I only have one concern in that 2 hours to get a car service seems I do like the service your Quick Lane has provided for both my cars over the years. I only have one concern in that 2 hours to get a car service seems a bit lengthy. Normally, I would drop my vehicle off and pick it up later in the day. This time I did not have that option and had to wait. The service writer did tell me it was going to be 45 minutes before it was going in, but maybe it's me, taking 1 1/4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and topping off fluids seems a stretch. More
