Sensing my concern the woman I spoke to gave me a same day appointment. And I quote "how quickly can you get here" Would 12:15 PM work for you? I called at 11:40 AM. Not only did they get me in immediately but after 30 minutes the mechanic offered to take it for a test drive with me so I could point out the noise. That's service! Above par service Two upholstery tacks were discovered in my front tire – a fairly new tire with 10,000 miles on it. The location of one of the tacks in the sidewall me Two upholstery tacks were discovered in my front tire – a fairly new tire with 10,000 miles on it. The location of one of the tacks in the sidewall meant that the tire needed to be replaced and not simply patched. Tasca Quick Lane did not have a replacement tire in-house which meant that it would have to be picked up and installed the following day. The next day was filled with “must” obligations for me, so I asked if a courtesy driver could assist by driving me to work. The assistant manager, Charlie Vanasse, assured me that if a driver wasn’t available, then he would drive me himself. When I arrived to drop the car off in the morning, the paperwork was all in place, and Charlie immediately pulled a car around to give me a ride as promised. Excellent service that went above and beyond! It’s one of the reasons I always return to the dealer for service. More

2017 Explorer Sport Fast, Fast Purchase We found the Explorer Sport we were looking for online at this dealership for a fair price. They were very prompt in getting back to us to let us kno We found the Explorer Sport we were looking for online at this dealership for a fair price. They were very prompt in getting back to us to let us know of the vehicle's availability. We live 1.5 hours away and wanted to make sure the vehicle was in great shape and what we were looking for before we made the trip down with our 6 and 3 year old children. Within minutes of our first phone conversation Armonti had detailed videos of it emailed to us so we could see everything for ourselves. It was as promised so we drove down. We arrived at 11:45 and were driving it off the lot before 3:30. The vehicle was parked right out front ready to go for us when we got there. We were offered a fair price for our trade and Armonti was fantastic with multitasking different paperwork to get us home fast! While we were filling out paperwork and working with finance Armonti took it to be fully detailed (it was already very clean in and out) and filled the tank. The finance department was very organized and explained everything thoroughly. They went out of their way to make sure everything happened that day so we would not have to make another trip down for it despite the dealership being pretty busy that day. Overall we were very pleased with our purchase there. There was no pressure at all, Armonti is very laid back and everyone was friendly. More
