Jeff was very knowledgeable about all the different packages available for each model and educated us on the benefits of each. He also carefully listened to my wife's (the primary driver) preferences and concerns and made recommendations based on what was best for her, which ultimately got us into an SUV with the right set of features for our budget. Nick, made quick and efficient work of the paperwork and explained everything as we went along. Additionally, when we picked up the SUV, Jeff took extra time to carefully explain, and demonstrate, the key features of the vehicle to us and set up several features with us before we left. Our experience buying this vehicle was friendly, informative, no pressure, and efficient, which is why we didn't hesitate to buy. More

Alex and all the staff I dealt with were extremely polite, professional, and followed through with everything they said they would do. Not once was it a high pressure sales. Only had one glitch in vehicle registration which wasn't their fault. But they kept me in the loop every step of the way. Now keep in mind, this was all done long distance. In the end, they went above and beyond customer service assistance. They actually drove my vehicle to me which was 2 hours away, to save me an extra trip and helped sync my phone too.
