Wouldnt reccommend coming here to anyone Purchased a used Hyundai sonata on 8/6 and picked it up the next day. I was planning on transferring plates from an old vehicle and explained to TWO s Purchased a used Hyundai sonata on 8/6 and picked it up the next day. I was planning on transferring plates from an old vehicle and explained to TWO seperate salesmen that the plates had a temporary suspention because my old car couldnt pass inspection and i was reassured several times that it was fine to drive the car home and that they would take care of it. WELL low and behold i got pulled over and my brand new car which i had put $4000 down got towed because it wasnt registered and the plates were still under my old cars registration. Not to mention the fact that 2 days after i brought the car home i was driving the car began beeping irradically and a message appeared on the screen that said something like “Safetly stop and do not drive! Check brakes” and the car began making a very strange noise in the engine whenever i would accelerate. I called tasca several times and was given false hope of a rental, and then falsey stating they would “take care of it” The day after the car got towed i was told they would call me with a resolution. Never called me. After trying to get ahold of someone for 6 hours straight i finally got a call from the sales manager pretty much telling me im on my own and theres nothing they can do when they were the ones who told me it was okay to drive off the lot. AND i was told that if i wanted a rental i could ILLEGALLY drive the unregistered car to the dealership. All this place cares about is the money they can get from you while giving false hope and promises of them being able to help with issues after purchasing a vehicle. Shouldve went to Kia like i was originally planning. Will never purchase a car here again. More

Dead battery. My battery was dead and required a jump. Took SUV in which was still under warranty. Left 15 minutes later with a new battery. Dealt with adversity well. We recently leased/purchased three vehicles from Tasca Ford in Seekonk and Jake was our salesperson. My business partners and I aren't the easiest gro We recently leased/purchased three vehicles from Tasca Ford in Seekonk and Jake was our salesperson. My business partners and I aren't the easiest group to deal with but I have to commend Jake on the way that he handled everything. After some negotiating, we arrived at a deal on the trucks that worked for both sides. There were some delays when it came to registering the vehicles and we were not hesitant to let Jake know that we weren't happy. Even though this wasn't necessarily his fault, he was the one that had to bear the burden of it all. To make things right, and deliver the vehicles on-time, he personally went to the registry and to the satellite dealership to pick up one of the vehicles. We couldn't ask much more than that. More

When I picked up my truck I met with Ken he went over everything explaining what they did. My paper work and truck were ready no waiting.
