Terrible customer service and efficiency and return of car This story stretched out over a month. I have 2 kids and a warranty on my car. Its summer time. AC unit went. They didnt have the part it's on back or This story stretched out over a month. I have 2 kids and a warranty on my car. Its summer time. AC unit went. They didnt have the part it's on back order. Over a month for new one. I waited.... no call. I called for updates. Got one call saying they found one in AC and it would be in after weeks of waiting I'm 4 days no call. Service persons voicemail was full so I called tons of times to get I touch with him. Turns out SC didnt want the liability of shipping it and it never came in. No call to tell me that. The rental they provided me after weeks of driving with no AC with a one year old was not comparable to my vehicle. And I had to complain to get a vehicle. Fast forward... the part comes in after I call asking about the SC part. I drop off the car.. AC was replaced same day because of the hassle... cool. I get there and the car has scraps and scratches all over it. I pointed out the two areas I know were there prior. He had it washed before i arrived and they must have dinged it up. When i pointed it out he said well they would have told me if they did something. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I have been there twice before and no issues. This is heartbreaking and they dont even seem to care. Lesson learned to read reviews before ever buying a vehicle again. O and I was told that they would take care of the recall problem when it came in for service. Guess what! They forgot and it wasnt done so I have to bring it back again. More time more problems.
