Bad battery My car wouldn't start in the morning, but I got it started in the afternoon. I called your Service Department and spoke to George who told me I could My car wouldn't start in the morning, but I got it started in the afternoon. I called your Service Department and spoke to George who told me I could bring my car in. I did and he checked the battery which was bad and needed replacing. George put in a new battery in 15 minutes, and I was on my way! Thank you again, George!!! More

Too busy to sell I stopped by the dealership on a Thursday, looked at a new ranger and got my trade evaluation. Steve was busy and I was waiting a long time with a kid I stopped by the dealership on a Thursday, looked at a new ranger and got my trade evaluation. Steve was busy and I was waiting a long time with a kid. I said would it be better if I stopped by tomorrow. Said yes. Stopped by asked he was able to look at numbers, he said no been getting slammed and little help. I said I’ll come back later. Stopped by Saturday, waited 20 minutes, Steve went over first pass of numbers. We didn’t agree, he was going to speak to manager. Waited 15 minutes as I watched him work with others, decided to grab a coffee across the street. Made the decision not to go back, my time is valuable also. Went up RT1 to Boch and bought a frontier in less than 2 hours. More
