Excellent and did not come up with unnecessary work. Had a loaner available upon arrival as they expected to have to keep the car overnight. As it turned out it was ready by late afternoon. Transmission problem on 2014 Ford Escape Excellent customer service. The transmission on my 2014 Ford Escape broke. The error message on the dashboard said transmission failure, service now!. The service associate, Paul, told us that he would look into the situation which he did to our satisfaction. The transmission was rebuilt by one of your technicians and the car was returned to us promptly. So far things are working perfectly. More
needed new tires I was in need of new tires for my car and I spoke with Charlie and he checked to see availability and pricing and with in a few minutes gave me a few I was in need of new tires for my car and I spoke with Charlie and he checked to see availability and pricing and with in a few minutes gave me a few options low to high price and gave recommendations and caution for each I settled on a set that I had not considered before as I was not famililiar with the brand after being educated on them I felt good with the choice the tires were not readily availble but would be by the next morning in which I brought my car in and what felt like a very quick time they were on my car. When I left the drive made my old car feel like a new car again these tires so far are living up to what I was told. Charlie and his staff were professional quick and very fair in the pricing as I had been pricing tires online and researching and they came in on the lower side of my shopping which was also nice. I will be coming back for further service to Mazda Qiuck Lane More

Mixed Experience I was very pleased with the sales person Bob Truesdale and Nick Cash was helpful. I was not impressed with the office staff. I was paying cash so th I was very pleased with the sales person Bob Truesdale and Nick Cash was helpful. I was not impressed with the office staff. I was paying cash so there was no need for financing. All required forms were provided (insurance, bank check, title to trade in vehicle) but it took three hoiurs for the transaction. I think the forms that I was required to sign could have been ready in advance to avoid such a long wait. Although I did not arrange a specific time for the pickup I did let the dealersip know that it would be Saturday afternoon. More
