Worst service center I have ever dealt with! This dealership has the worst service center I have ever dealt with. I took my car in for a 9 am appt. I called at noon to see if it was done. They had not even pulled it in for service at that point. They said hey would call when it was done. At 5:30 I called again - got voicemail. The service dept. closes at 6pm. 6 pm came and went with no call. At 6:30pm I got a call - telling me what work they still needed to do. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IF YOU EXPECT YOUR CAR BACK IN ONE DAY.! They also do not answer emails. More

I PURCHASED A NEW 2016 FORD EDGE ABOUT 8 MONTHS AGO AND THANKS TO TARYN BURNS AND THE REST OF THE SALES AND FINANCE MEMBERS , I HAD THE EASIEST AND BE I PURCHASED A NEW 2016 FORD EDGE ABOUT 8 MONTHS AGO AND THANKS TO TARYN BURNS AND THE REST OF THE SALES AND FINANCE MEMBERS , I HAD THE EASIEST AND BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. NOT LONG AFTER , I NOTICED MY SUNROOF MOVING SLOWLY . I TOOK IT IN AND THEY SAID THE FACTORY ONLY LUBED ONE SIDE OF THE TRACK , SO THEY LUBED THE OTHER SIDE AND IT SEEMED TO WORK FINE UP UNTIL ABOUT 90 DAYS AGO , WHEN IT STARTED DOING THE SAME THING. I WAS DUE FOR AN INSPECTION AND OIL CHANGE , SO I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ALL 3. THEY SAID TO COME IN THAT SATURDAY MORNING AND IT WOULD BE ABOUT $65.00. I BROUGHT IT UP THAT SATURDAY AND I WAS TOLD I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND THAT THEY ALSO HAD NO RECORD OF THE FIRST TIME I HAD MY SUNROOF WORKED ON . THEY FINALLY SAID THEY WOULD SQUEEZE ME IN. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE READY BY NOON AND THEY WOULD CALL.. BY 1 THAT AFTERNOON I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID IT WOULD BE READY BY 2. IT WAS STILL ON THE LIFT WHEN I GOT THERE , BUT IT WAS READY SHORTLY AFTER. WHEN I WENT TO PAY , I FOUND OUT IT WASN'T THE $65.00 I WAS QUOTED , BUT $ 110.00. BY THIS TIME I JUST WANTED TO LEAVE SO I PAID AND ASKED IF THE SUNROOF WAS FIXED , WHICH I WAS TOLD IT WAS. I TRIED IT AS SOON AS I GOT IN AND NOT ONLY WASN'T IT FIXED , BUT IT DIDN'T WORK AT ALL. I WAS TOLD TO CALL MONDAY TO SET UP ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. I CALLED MONDAY AND ONLY GOT THEIR VOICEMAIL SO I LEFT A MESSAGE , BUT NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK. SAME THING TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. FINALLY THEY CALLED BACK THURSDAY AND THEY SAID TO BRING IT IN THE FALLOWING TUESDAY EVENING. I BROUGHT IT UP THE FALLOWING TUESDAY AND ONCE AGAIN WAS TOLD THAT I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT , BUT TO LEAVE IT ANYWAY AND THEY WOULD LOOK AT IT THE NEXT DAY. THEY CALLED AND SAID THE WHOLE SUNROOF TRACK WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED AND THAT THEY WOULD DROP OFF A LOANER AND PICK UP MINE ON THE JULY 10 th. I DECIDED TO CALL ON THE 7 th. TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS SET FOR THE 10th. AND ONCE AGAIN WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO RECORD OF THAT APPOINTMENT. THEY FINALLY CALLED BACK AND SAID THAT THEY COULD KEEP THAT APPOINTMENT. I GOT A CALL ON FRIDAY THE 14 th. THAT I COULD PICK UP MY CAR ON TUESDAY THE 18 th. I FILLED THE LOANER UP WITH GAS AND WENT TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE. THE SUNROOF WORKED FINE , BUT MY CAR WAS ALMOST COMPLETLY EMPTY ON GAS. SO MUCH SO , THAT I DIDN'T THINK I WOULD MAKE IT TO A GAS STATION. I TOLD THEM THAT THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE AND THAT I PROBABLY WOULDN'T MAKE IT TO A GAS STATION AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WEREN'T AUTHORIZED TO GIVE ME GAS. I'VE NEVER WRITTEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE , BUT I'VE NEVER HAD A WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH A SERVICE DEPARTMENT . P.S. I WILL SAY THAT THE EMPLOYEES THAT I DEALT WITH WERE COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL , BUT THE OVERALL SERVICE WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. More

over charging for unnessary repairs. i brought my 2005 mustang in for safety inspection, it has 37,000 miles on it, the both lower ball joints were replaced at 22,000 by Gibbons Ford, the i brought my 2005 mustang in for safety inspection, it has 37,000 miles on it, the both lower ball joints were replaced at 22,000 by Gibbons Ford, they wanted to charge me $549.00 for a RF ball joint, they refused to inspect the vehicle, I stopped at autozone on my way home and purchased a ball joint for $36.00 and took 40 minutes to replace it myself, the ball joint I took out was not bad, ripping people off is not good practice, More

I was on my way home to Kirkwood, NY to visit my dad who was in the hospital when I realized my alternator was about to go. Fortunately, I made it to the Gibbons Ford service center before my car shut off. The gentlemen who helped me were very professional. They acquired the part I needed promptly and stayed past their regular closing time to repair my car. I want to express how much I appreciated their assistance. They went above and beyond expectations to make sure I was able to get back on the road quickly and make it home to see my father safely. I have shared this story with many people over the months that have passed and highly recommend your station to anyone interested in exceptional customer service and quality workmanship provided by kind, friendly employees. Again, I apologize that it has taken me so long to express my sincere gratitude, but I believe in the old adage better late than never. I hope I have the names of the people who assisted me correct. I asked for their business cards and know Mr. Pullman and Mr. Noldy were definitely two of the people who helped me. I also noticed another name, James Baker, on my receipt. I had my truck in for service. Chad Noldy was at the counter and he greeted my quickly with a hello and got me checked in. Since I had purchased my truck new from Gibbons, they were able to give me a lo counter and he greeted my quickly with a hello and got me checked in. Unbelievable. I bought a Ford Fiesta 2011 on Feb 11. parked it fior one week while on vacation. came home drove the car and had stumbling/hesitation/shudders when stopping or slowing down and teh starte parked it fior one week while on vacation. came home drove the car and had stumbling/hesitation/shudders when stopping or slowing down and teh starter was grinding when cold. I made an appt for service later that week. the following day the trasnmission had NO forward gears and Ford Roasdside Assistance was called to tow it back to the dealer. I talked with the salesman Joe Dickhut who told me dont worry they would make me happy. Yeah right. later that day i was called and told all my issues were resolved with a bad ground cable. Paint on the end of it! OK I picked the car up but STILL had the hesitation/ stumbling/shudder issues. I had an appt for them to install a remote starter. I took it in and told them the issues still existed and check into it while there. Later they told me they could not find an issue. The remote didnt get installed as it was wrong part. rescheduled. i took it home and STILL had the issues. nerxt appt for remote I told them look at it again ahnd this time took Service Manager with me for long ride. the issue happened and he tried to tell me it was a characeteristic of the car. Hello? Poor performance a characteristic? i have YEARs of automotive experience and felt the snow job coming. Until we went to park the car and it shuddered and nearly stalled as we poulled into spot. I looked him dead in the eye and said you felt THAT right? Now THAt is a transmission problem. He agreed. The car is there now two days with no resolution in sight. They say Ford wants to replace the trans but they want to know if I am going to be happy with the poor performance. Hello? What are you asking me? Accept inferior? NO! I spoke again with Joe Dickhut and said I wanted out. He told me not to get another Fiesta! What? You mean they are no good? huh??? I cat believe this. I spent 18K on this car with the options. he calls me later and tells me the sales manager gave him numbers. Another 50 a month for a Focus. This is after I told him I wouldnt pay anything more than what I paid. I said how about swapping out the defective car? I was told they cant do that because my car is now USED! WHAT>?????? This car came in on a hook with less than 300 miles on it and back two more times for the same issue which they tried to pawn off as "characteristic" Not to mention they gave me no documentation showing what I complained of the other two trips in! I am APPALLED and wholeheartedly disappointed in FORD and this dealership to make this situation right. To ask me before they fix the car if I am going to be happy with poor performance afterwards is absurd. This is totally unacceptable! ford is going to hear about this. I am not taking that car back without a sound repair and FULL documentation for my other visits for the same complaint. They tangled with the wrong person this time. This will be escalated until I am FULLY satisfied. BTw I still dont have the remote starter installed! What a joke! DO NOT BUY AT THIS DEALERSHIP! YOU WILL BE SORRY! More
