Dear Dave, We are so very sorry to hear of your experience. We can only imagine how frustrating this process has been for you. Our concern, first and foremost, is to do whatever we possibly can for the customer within reason. We also, are frustrated since we have made sincere attempts to resolve your concern. The first attempt appeared to be successful since we have no record of the concern developing again until a year and a half later. Our records also show your multiple visits were for separate noise concerns on different doors. We want nothing more, but to repair your concerns on your first visit. Our records show that another dealer completed the door latch recall in June of 2018 repairing all door latches. Again, we apologize that you are still experiencing issues with your door latches. Regarding your part not being here, we do apologize and have ordered the correct part and it is here. I understand you were told this same thing previously; however, I have physically seen the part on our shelf and assure you, your name is on it. Ms. Webster, Your records are incorrect. I have had the truck there for the noise in the rear passenger door a total of six times. The other door issue was the rear driver door freezing and not latching once opened on days that are below around 28 degrees, which still occasionally occurs but I minimize this by using my rear doors as little as possible in the winter. This is a known Ford issue which is supposed to be eliminated with the moisture shields in the recall of which you spoke. The same recall that your service dept had no idea what parts would be changed all the way up to the point of my last oil change a few months ago. I had gone to another dealer for an unrelated issue because your service department couldn't schedule me sooner than 2 months out at the time. While I was there for the unrelated issue they performed the recall as well.

I was at break during work and had limited time to respond so in addendum, I find that I'm concerned about your statement " Our records also show your multiple visits were for separate noise concerns on different doors." By making this statement was your intent to exemplify the ineptitude of your service department by showing that they in fact were working on the wrong doors, considering the only door work I've had performed at your facility is as I have stated previously, or is this a veiled attempt to bring my integrity into question thereby nullifying my review?

I do understand how frustrating it can be especially for such a large job like replacing the engine after a coolant leak. We do try to accommodate each and every customer to the best of our abilities with or without appointments.
